Billing, Insurance, and Common Questions
-
I offer flexible scheduling with in-person and telehealth sessions Monday through Thursday, so you can receive support in the way that works best for you.

I am currently paneled with several private insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, United/Optum, Select Health, Quest Health, Providence Insurance, and I accept certain Medicare Primary plans. I also offer self-pay, and can provide superbills to help clients seek reimbursement from insurers I am not contracted with.
To maintain accessibility for a broad range of clients while keeping services sustainable, I do not offer a sliding scale. I carefully accept insurance plans that allow me to provide high-quality, consistent care without administrative delays or limitations, ensuring that sessions remain focused on your needs rather than paperwork. Further, I do not accept Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits or similar programs.

We will be a good fit if you are ready to do the work, open to gentle yet direct guidance, and willing to explore your experiences with curiosity and honesty. I am not solution-focused—we take the time to understand patterns, explore intergenerational trauma, and examine your story through tools like genograms and timelines. If you’re looking for a quick fix, this is not the approach I take; we go into the past to make meaningful, lasting change in your life, relationships, and family dynamics.

Therapy is deeply personal, and the therapeutic relationship matters. My website is intended to give you a genuine sense of who I am, how I approach therapy, and the types of concerns and relational dynamics I commonly work with so you can determine whether it feels like a good fit.
If my approach feels aligned, feel free to reach out and briefly share what is bringing you in, the type of support you are looking for, and whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family therapy.

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important. All information shared in sessions is kept secure and private in accordance with HIPAA regulations. I will not discuss your therapy with family members or other providers without your consent, unless required by law to ensure safety. In the case of an emergency, you will be guided to the appropriate resources or emergency services to keep you safe, while maintaining as much confidentiality as possible.
